Palma Central is a family friendly food truck park featuring 15+ different dining options, including Argentinean empanadas, Venezuelan arrepas, sushi, steak tacos, vegan falafel, burgers, hotdogs and more. And for dessert, organic ice cream or French crepes.  It has a playground in the middle where children of different ages can play together and make new friends. It also has a full bar and live music on Fridays and Saturdays. 

A fun and safe way to contribute to the well-being and conservation of exotic and endemic fauna in danger of extinction. The sanctuary is a place where you can find a variety of primates and other rescued animals. From the majestic and iconic spider monkey, lemurs of Madagascar, to beautiful capuchin monkeys and many more species.   You can also see flamingos and red macaws. This is an animal sanctuary, not a zoo. All the animals in the sanctuary were rescued and can no longer be returned to the wild due to being reared in captivity. Some were sold as pets as babies and when they got bigger the owners could not look after them and others used as decoration in hotels such as flamingos or exotic birds (this is not allowed anymore). We loved this place. It is a really fun day out for the whole family. 

Here, you rappel down the cenote, which is a lot of fun! It is not too big and it also has zip lines where you get a good view of the jungle canopy. We had a very knowledgeable guide, who pointed out beautiful birds and told us interesting facts about the trees, insects and fruits we saw on our walk through the jungle.

Don’t touch the trees or plants in the jungle, some of them can be poisonous and can cause a rash.

We had the cenote all to ourselves. There is a rope  and a little platform for children to jump in.
